My sweet grandma planned an amazing reunion for the family at Mesa Verde. This was by far one of the coolest places I've ever been to and I want to go back so my husband can come. These ruins are amazingly well preserved and they just let us walk around and through the ruins. When I was there, I could really feel the spirit of the people. This was where they actually lived and died and fought wars. In some of the ruins, entire colonies of people were slaughtered. Now as I read my scriptures, I think about the people living in places like these.

I'm so glad you posted about this. (And that you posted period!!) Anyway, when you go back with DJ, take us with you! It's definitely a place I want to visit!
